In addition, the harmful effects of years of a high sugar diet and a general belief that diet relates to weight control issues rather than health contributes to the problem.

 

We also live in a world where we are exposed to toxins within our water supply, the air we breathe, our general living environment and the food we eat. Being aware of these potential toxins is the first step towards eliminating or reducing their negative effect on health.
